Year 4/5 Girls only

5 a side form of football - played indoors with a ball that bounces 30% less than a normal ball.

There are no rebound boards - ball goes out of play - to be kicked back in.

At a free kick, kick in, corner and goal clearance the player in possession has 4 seconds to get rid of the ball.

Players must be 5 metres from the taker of a free kick

A goal clearance must be thrown and not kicked

Each team is allowed to give away 5 fouls per half - on the 6th foul a direct free kick is given where the only opposition player allowed between the goal and the ball is the goalie.

No parents will be allowed in - there is no space.
