Learn about sensory circuits. Movement based activities which prepare children for learning and help them achieve the alertness they need to concentrate.

You will learn about 'organising', 'alerting' and 'calming' activities and how to set them up in a circuit to help with sensory regulation and the right level of 'alertness' they need to concentrate at school.

Sensory circuits can be done with a small group of children at the start of the school day, or after lunch or breaktime.
