These two-hour sessions are designed and delivered by the Enfield PE Team, using current national guidance from AfPE, (The Association for PE) and delivered in a range of ways including opportunities to observe modelled lessons and interactive practical sessions. Our aim is to build subject knowledge, confidence and an appreciation of the positive impact safe and high-quality PE has on children’s lives. Further outcomes include holistic development, sequencing learning, adaptive teaching, and effective organisation.

The programme will support ECTs as part of their professional development entitlement, as well as teachers, sports coaches and TAs looking to develop or refresh knowledge and become more confident and competent in teaching safe and high-quality PE.
