This is a nationally recognised qualification that aims to upskill primary school teachers, higher level teaching assistants, TAs with experience of working within PE lessons as well as school-based sports coaches. The intended outcome is to improve the overall delivery of the PE curriculum within primary schools. On successful completion, delegates will be equipped with the knowledge, skills and understanding to be able to improve standards of PE. It is an ideal way to build capacity to deliver high quality PE, school sport and physical activity in your school at a time when children’s health (both physical and emotional well-being) and the link to improved attainment and lifestyle is well documented and recognised.

(attendance at all 6 days is essential as well as completion of directed study tasks)
