KS1 Go Enfield Go

The Lee Valley Athletics Centre was the setting for our annual KS1 Go Enfield Go on Friday 4th July. 21 Schools took part, all representing a country from the Football World Cup. The schools that took part were: Alma, Brettenham, Chase Side, Chesterfield, Eldon Infants, Firs Farm, Fleecefield, Galliard, Garfield, Keys Meadow, Latymer All Saints, Oakthorpe, Prince of Wales, St John and St James, St Michaels, Suffolks, West Grove, Wilbury and Worcesters.

The afternoon kicked off with an opening parade of flags. The children then took part in a circuit of multi skills run by sports leaders. Everyone agreed that the sports leaders were outstanding - many thanks to the leaders from Tottenham Hotspur, Enfield Grammer, Kingsmead, Edmonton County, Alma, Brettenham, Chase Side, Chesterfield, Fleecefield, Galliard, Keys Meadow, Latymer All Saints, St John and St James, Suffolks and West Grove.
